The AI-native hotel
Right now hotels run software bolted onto buildings designed decades ago. That's inefficient in ways guests never see: staff burn hours coordinating check-in, housekeeping, room service, and maintenance across systems that don't talk to each other, and the strain lands on the people doing the work.
What if we designed the hotel assuming AI and robotics from day one – the operations first, then the floor plan around them? I think costs would drop hard. Hotels become more profitable, staff spend their time on actual hospitality instead of coordination, and guests get faster, more complete treatment.
Reach out if you're in hospitality or robotics, or you've run physical operations and have opinions about the software.
