The AI-native hotel

Every hotel I've stayed in bolts software onto a building designed decades ago. I keep wondering what happens if you flip it — design the hotel assuming AI and robots from day one. Check-in, housekeeping logistics, room service, maintenance, concierge. I suspect the building itself comes out looking pretty different.
